Clean Technology Testing & Pilot Partner Identification Program

With support from the US Department of Energy, the Clean Technology & Sustainable Industries Organization (CTSI) has launched a program to address a critical challenge faced by organizations in the clean tech space - finding the right test partners. Working with US utilities and municipalities, CTSI is identifying the “Who is looking for technology solutions?” and matching these organizations to the “Who has the technology?” - the global community of clean technology solution providers.

The goal of the Clean Technology Testing & Pilot Partner Identification Program (cleanTest) is to facilitate testing and pilot project partnerships that will enable more rapid growth of clean technology companies and increase the speed of clean technology adoption by utilities and municipalities - driving more jobs, and securing safer, greener, and more reliable energy and water supplies...(more info here)

Grant Annoucement from Governor's Energy Office

"The Governor's Energy Office (GEO) has posted 6 American Reinvestment and Recovery (ARRA) grant applications. Grant topics include:

- Energy Efficiency and Training
- Innovation Funding for Energy Efficiency
- LEED for Existing Buildings Certification
- Energy Efficiency in Historic Buildings
- New Energy Economic Development
- Compressed Natural Gas for Vehicle Fuel Infrastructure

The GEO will hold a voluntary applicant Q&A webinar for these grants on Friday, January 22nd from 10:00am-12:00pm. The webinar will cover best practices and grant guidelines. Webinar participants will have the opportunity to provide written questions regarding the application at that time via the webinar portal. The GEO will be unable to answer any questions pertaining to individual project proposals. Responses will be answered in writing and posted on the GEO Web site by 5:00pm January 29, 2010. Applicants should not rely on any other statements, either written or oral, regarding this application during the open solicitation period. Applicants should not contact GEO staff or any other state office or individual regarding this application.
